Adults with serious mental illness seeking permanent housing and a path of stability residing in Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, or Rappahannock Counties.

This grant-funded program through Encompass Community Supports offers rental assistance and ongoing support coordination to help individuals find and maintain housing, creating opportunities to pursue employment, education, and personal goals.
Permanent Supportive Housing opportunities for adults with serious mental illness. We help work with HUD to locate housing, promote wellness, and assist with ending experiences of home displacements and hospitalizations.
