DETAILS

Encompass Community Supports administers housing resources in our region for individuals with Mental Health Diagnoses. We work with different departments in our agency and community partners to provide connections, support, and assistance for housing.

Permanent Supportive Housing opportunities for adults with serious mental illness. We help work with HUD to locate housing, promote wellness, and assist with ending experiences of home displacements and hospitalizations. Call our Clinical Services Department listed below to inquire.

Transitional Housing for adults with mental illnesses is temporary housing designed to be an intermediate step between emergency shelter and permanent housing. It offers a transitional setting, having staff on-site to support individuals as needed. Individuals work on independent living skills and developing emotional stability. A recovery model is promoted where individuals increase their ability to live in less-restrictive environments as they learn and grow, becoming more confident in themselves, their abilities, and progress in recovery. Contact our Housing Department for assistance.
