Who is this program for?
Community residential property owners who rent housing for residential use to improve an individual’s quality of life in Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, or Rappahannock Counties.
Property owners assist Encompass Community Supports in increasing of the number of properties available for renting in local communities. There are meaningful incentives and benefits to those who participate and we can help assist by addressing concerns, and questions, as well as dispelling myths and misconceptions about being a participant. Many property owners are not aware of what the Residential Property Owner housing options entail or about the obligations. Our staff is available to answer questions and provide guidance, support, and information to property owners.
