Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board dba Encompass Community Supports is a combined Area Agency on Aging (AAA) and Community Services Board (CSB) serving Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock Counties.
Our organization’s scope of support services includes Older Adults, Case Management, Children’s, Developmental Disabilities, Mental Health, Substance Use, Transportation Services, and related Housing.
The FY26 Budget approval includes:

• Services outlined in the Area Plan for Aging, and
• Services outlined in the Performance Contract with the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS).

A public hearing’s public comment period is a time when members of the public can provide feedback to a governing body on a specific proposal or issue.
This period allows citizens to express their opinions, concerns, and suggestions to elected officials before they make a decision.
