Team Jordan is Proud to work and partner with Encompass Community Supports (formally known as Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board) to implement strategies based on the best available evidence to help our community prevent suicide. Some of these strategies include:
• Strengthen economic supports
• Improve access and delivery of suicide care
• Promote healthy connections
• Teach coping and problem-solving skills
• Identify and support people at risk
