Individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crisis residing in Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, or Rappahannock Counties.

Encompass Community Supports offers Crisis Services to individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use issues. They focus on supporting individuals to work through their immediate crisis. Services are generally short-term, a qualified mental health professional will assess your unique situation, and work with you to explore all options to de-escalate your personal crisis.
Services include crisis stabilization, crisis supervision, and crisis intervention (payment is not required at the time-of-service delivery and is billed to insurance providers.)
Available services may include:
- Restoring the sense of hopefulness
- Assistance with crisis de-escalation
- Initial assessment
- Safety planning
- Crisis intervention plans
- Crisis intervention counseling
- Pre-admission screening for crisis stabilization options
Additional Crisis Interventions may include
psychiatric hospitalization or emergency custody orders (ECO)
and temporary detention orders (TDO).
