All individuals experiencing challenges from substance use that wish to improve their quality of life and meet the criteria for admission residing in Central Shenandoah, Lord Fairfax, Rappahannock, Orange, Madison, Fauquier, Culpeper, Thomas Jefferson, Loudon, and Prince William Counties.

The Boxwood Treatment Center is a state of the art in-patient substance use treatment facility for individuals 18 and above who live in Central Shenandoah, Lord Fairfax, Rappahannock, Orange, Madison, Fauquier, Culpeper, Thomas Jefferson, Loudon, and Prince William counties.

Individuals interested in receiving inpatient substance use care will be appropriately screened through Encompass Community Supports. Treatment is individualized, and self-directed, with a variety of treatment offerings to get well and stay well.

The Boxwood Treatment Center is a non-smoking facility.
